The project is on schedule and on budget however, increased costs for the programming effort have cut into available contingency. Extra efforts will need to be made to keep implementation costs within the budget. Please prepare ideas on cost control in this area and come prepared to discuss at the November project review - 11/11/03 at 9:00 AM in the main conference room. Jane Nguyen has joined the project team as our training coordinator. Please join me in welcoming her aboard!
