| | To make a navigational link to another page in IIB you go the links tab and: |

- Select
"Add" a link
- Enter the wording you
want to display as the link label - such as
"Human Resources Department "
- Select the Human
resources page from the displayed list of
available pages and click on it - that's
all there is to it!

| | Your
navigation can be setup with easy to create useful
second level "child links" that display
when you mouse over the parent link.
You can link to forms, specific
discussion forums, applications to be
launched, calendars, external web page URLs,
Exchange folders, other intranet pages outside of
IIB or database driven web applications you may
have available.
Top level navigation can be hard
coded into your templates or managed from IIB
giving your users the ability to get to
major areas quickly in the same consistent
place from every page. |

pages to make building of new pages with the same
basic link structure easy to create.
Deleting a page deletes reference links to the
page. Other link management features are
under development for the new IIB version 3.8
including master link management and auto
"link from" creation. |
