| | When an issue is submitted in ITS it is stored in the database. The database issues data can be viewed as issues, all open issues, issues by user and issues by machine. This data can be very useful in spotting user training needs, machine problems or serving as budgeting backup for machine replacement, system upgrade, enhanced security or virus protection or other needs. |
