DePelchin Children's Center is an agency in Houston with over 300 employees and 15 locations throughout the state. DePelchin provides a wide variety of programs and services designed to aid children and families in crisis including counseling services, parenting programs, adoption, foster care, emergency shelters and transitional living. This United Way organization has experienced tremendous growth over the past five years.

Growth is the good news. However, with growth comes the challenge of managing the more complex communications demands of a larger organization.
