Forms - Easily Built with Form Builder
Building a form is very easy using Form Builder. You just name the form, select how the data will be submitted, and then select and create the forms fields. Choose from fill in the blank, radio button, checkbox, drop down list box and other field types. The image to the left shows the form creation screen in part.
Forms Submitted - Email or Database
You can choose to have a simple form - like a signup for the blood drive - be submitted via email to a designated person who receives an email with the form's data. By adding an optional module called InfoStore tables, you can submit forms to a database you create. This adds the ability to track, analyze, report on and display form data.
