| | To publish a document to the Intranet with IIB, on the page you want the document you: |

- Select "Add" a document
- Enter the wording you want to display as its label- such as "November Cost Report"
- Browse to the document on your network and click on it - that's all there is to it!

| | Types of Documents |
| | You can add any type of document to a page that can be displayed in the browser. This obviously includes all documents designed for the web such as HTML or PDF documents or image files, but it also includes Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents which open smoothly in the browser (assuming you have Office on the client machine). You can also launch applications, animations, forms, discussion boards and calendars as documents. |

| Document Information |
| Along with a document label, you can optionally display notes about the document, the document owner, an email address, perhaps for more information about the document or add a 'New' document icon.
